Privacy
How we handle the details you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you send a quote request we receive the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your car, the services you're asking about and anything else you tell us.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request, quote and book your work, and contact you about your car. We don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Who else sees it
Quote requests are delivered to our inbox through a form service, Web3Forms. It processes the message only to deliver it to us.
Cookies and statistics
We don't use tracking cookies or advertising trackers on this website. The quote form keeps what you've typed on your own device until you send it, so it's still there if you come back later. Nothing is sent until you press Send.
Keeping it safe
We keep quote requests in our business email and delete them when they're no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them at any time. Email info@notrase.com and we'll take care of it.
