Paint correction

Machine polishing that removes swirl marks and light scratches from the paint. Each stage is another round of polishing for a finer finish.

Most cars, even new ones, carry fine swirls from automatic washes, dirty towels and dealer prep. Under sun or street lights they show up as a web of scratches around every reflection, and they dull the paint.

Paint correction removes a microscopic layer of clear coat with a machine polisher to level those defects out. We measure paint depth first, then use as many stages as the paint needs and the clear coat safely allows. Scratches that have gone through the clear coat can't be polished out, and we point those out at inspection.

It's the step that makes the biggest visual difference before a ceramic coating, because a coating locks in whatever finish is underneath it.
